Service purpose

ReplyOpinion helps businesses manage Google Business Profile reviews by listing authorized accounts and locations, reading customer reviews, generating response drafts, and publishing owner replies approved by the business.

Authorized business profiles

You must own, manage, or be authorized by the business to connect and use any Google Business Profile account or location with ReplyOpinion. You may not connect profiles you are not permitted to access or manage.

Reply approval and responsibility

ReplyOpinion provides a preview-first workflow. You are responsible for every owner reply that your business approves and publishes, including the accuracy, tone, legality, and compliance of that reply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with Google Business Profile access, attempt unauthorized access, or use ReplyOpinion to publish deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
