What ReplyOpinion does

ReplyOpinion helps businesses manage Google Business Profile reviews. The service connects to Google Business Profile to list authorized business accounts and locations, read customer reviews, generate response drafts, and publish approved owner replies.

Google Business Profile data we use

When you authorize ReplyOpinion, we may process Google Business Profile accounts, locations, review content, reviewer display info available from Google, ratings, owner replies, OAuth tokens, and usage logs necessary for service operation.

How we use data

We use this data only to provide the review management and reply workflow: showing authorized profiles, displaying reviews, preparing draft responses, recording approval activity, and publishing replies you approve. Google Business Profile data and customer review data are not sold.

Human approval before publishing

Reply drafts are preview-first. Your business reviews and approves a reply before ReplyOpinion publishes it as an owner response through Google Business Profile.
